Exercise consistently. Brush your teeth consistently.
They said my weight and waist circumference have increased a lot compared to last year. Recently I've been getting some exercise through VR table tennis, but I think the weight I'd gained before that has really piled up. I need to exercise consistently. Also, they said the upper right molar is badly decayed and needs treatment. For now, I skipped the cavity treatment and just got tartar scaling done, but I need to brush my teeth better from now on.
I gained a lot of weight compared to last year. Recently, I've been exercising to some extent through VR but I think there are a lot of flesh I've built up before that. I should work out steadily.

The doctor said that the upper right molar is alse rotten and needs treatment. First of all, I didn't treat tooth decay, but I only did tartar scaling. I should brush my teeth well in the future.
The Word "Consistency"
Consistency feels like the word I need most these days. Things that can't be achieved quickly in a short time are things that need to be done consistently.
For example, Japanese, English, coding, and Kubernetes are things you can't learn overnight.
But if you practice consistently in the wrong way, it can backfire.
What matters is being consistent in the right way.
To Be Consistent at Something.
I've always liked running, but in the end I couldn't keep it up consistently. Because it wasn't fun for me. Also, there were no systemic mechanisms forcing me to keep at it.
Recently, I've been playing VR Eleven Table Tennis, and because VR headsets are so easy to access and above all it's fun, I've been able to keep at it consistently. Also, online ranked matches gave me an objective standard to measure myself against others, which became a trigger that made me focus more on table tennis.
Things I Want to Be Good At
The things I want to be good at are: algorithms, English, Japanese, and Kubernetes. Since I've been focused on competitiveness since I was young, I think a competitive drive is essential for excelling at these things.
