Hard Training (Seek Out Hardship) — To the Level Where You Can Teach Others (Excellence)

한국어English日本語

I played a match with the heavy Quest Pro controller, and it was extremely tough. It was heavy, my arms hurt, my shoulders ached, and I couldn't hit the ball well. Still, I tried my best to adapt and gave it my all in that situation.

Then, when I switched to the Quest 3 controller, it was so light — even a slight effort sent powerful drives flying. I was truly grateful that such a light, great controller existed. They say humans are creatures of adaptation, with a strong tendency to settle into their given circumstances. I'm no different. We need to intentionally challenge ourselves and train hard on a regular basis.

You have to study 150% to perform 100% in real situations. To be able to teach someone else, that's 200%. Don't be satisfied with just understanding a concept. Try applying what you've understood, challenge yourself, and dig into your weaknesses to make it perfect. The same goes for speaking English — you need to build 150% ability in everyday practice for 100% to come out in real situations. Intentionally be more thorough and rigorous.

(Positive) motivation is also important.
