Nothing comes to mind at first with anything. For example, preparing for coding tests or learning Japanese. If you set your goals too big, when things seem overwhelming, let's try one at a time. Let's take it one step at a time, even on a thousand-mile journey.
Thinking anxiously gets you nowhere. Don't be tied down by past decisions or situations. As slowly as possible, focus on what I should do and what I shouldn't do. Let's focus on the things I should consider important.
Everything in the world is a problem to be solved. And the world rewards those who solve problems well. Whether it's a small problem, a difficult problem, or even a problem close to home. If you look down on small problems, you'll find it hard to solve big ones too.
It's important to think deeply and solve things one step at a time with depth. Even leaving a review right now, creating a document, or even writing a blog post like this is a form of problem-solving. I think the reason companies give coding tests during the hiring process is based on a similar principle.
Algorithm problems are very, very cleanly refined compared to real-world problems. And working through these is very similar to solving problems in society.
Try challenging yourself. Look at how others solved it. Try again, break down, and feel your shortcomings. Look for problem-solving methodologies.

Skill is important, but because we're human, mental strength is also important. Also, social skills are ultimately an indicator of intelligence.
The problems I'm facing in my life right now are likely harder than this. Because no one directly tells you about them. But there seems to be plenty of room to solve them well. And within that, let's at least have my own principles.
