Eleven Table Tennis - Creating Space for Backhand and Engaging Your Core
I climbed up to 2600 points, then dropped back down to 2400. Then I managed to climb back up to 2600 again. The secret was engaging my core. My backhand wasn't working well, but when I tightened my core and created space between my body and the racket to swing, the ball carried more power and my misses clearly decreased.

It's Not That I Can't Do It -- I Just Haven't Tried It Enough to Be Familiar With It.
Watching people with high rankings, I often thought I could never climb that high, and at some point I even stopped having fun. But by not giving up and continuing to challenge myself, I was able to find solutions. The Japanese I'm learning now feels really difficult too, but then I think: 200 million people all managed to learn it, so why couldn't I? Let's keep pushing forward with the belief that if I don't give up and keep challenging myself, I can conquer Japanese too -- that if I practice recalling what I've learned and make it second nature, I'll get there.
Life Has Its Ups and Downs. But as Long as the Overall Direction Is Upward, That's Enough.
Even if the valleys are rough at times, they will eventually end.
Joining the 11K Club. First Meeting With Jongsil.
I joined the 11K clan and the BGS clan. It definitely feels different from playing Eleven Table Tennis alone. When playing together, I feel like I perform at 100 percent, even 120 percent of my ability. Just the fact that someone is watching me and someone cares about me seems to push me to try harder.
