Upstage Day 3

한국어English日本語

Things are quite different from what I expected. We work alongside SI companies, and there are quite a lot of people dispatched to client sites. I'm not in a position to ignore or judge -- my skills are still far from sufficient.

Everyone here has pride in their work, and they are truly remarkable people. They never stop learning, and each person seems to have something I can learn from.

Especially Seungyeop, who I work with directly, is the kind of person who energizes me when we work together.

Tomorrow is my first meeting with Kyle. I should logically express what kind of work I want to do and what I'd like to take on.

Specifically: Let me learn so that I can handle the tasks my teammates are currently doing. It varies by client, but--

Let me keep good records of what I learn. And through self-discipline, let me hold onto my integrity no matter how tough things get. Showing my human side can wait until later.

And the harder things get, the more I need to learn. English, KodeKloud (DevOps), Japanese, MLOps, Build your own X Let me set table tennis aside for now.

The only thing standing between you and outrageous success is continuous progress.
