I finally told them I'm resigning. Staying at this company any longer would not be a wise decision. Rather than clinging to life at a company where growth has stalled, leaving quickly and moving to a place with growth is far more valuable when looking at the long arc of my career.
There are two reasons for my resignation.
The first is a lack of satisfaction with my role, and the second is that I want to take a break.
Goals
- Finish reading all of Python Algorithm Interview (by Wednesday evening)
- Read System Design Interview Volume 2 (by Friday)
