Greedy Me

I'm a greedy person with a lot of things I want to do. Below are the things I planned to get good at in 2024. Looking back over the past two years, I don't think I've properly studied anything. I've been dabbling in this and that without fully completing a single thing.

- Eleven Table Tennis (exercise)
- Spring
- Algorithms (Leet Code, Codeforces)
- Hadoop
- Kafka
- AI (Kaggle)
- English
- HBase
- Japanese
- Video editing

Revised Goals: Japanese and English and Algorithm and CS Fundamentals

My goals for this year come down to four things: Japanese, English, Algorithms, and CS Fundamentals. Japanese: Hello Talk and Yuhadayo English: Hello Talk and Carrot English Algorithms: Leet Code and Codeforces CS Fundamentals: Kode Kloud, Udemy, Inflearn, books Everything else will branch out from these.

Let's Focus on the Small Things.

A person who does one thing properly can do other things well too. Give your full attention and focus to what you're doing right now. Even if it's something as mundane as laundry, dishes, or a date.

A Healthy Brain Comes From a Healthy Body.

When I look at YouTubers who are great at algorithms -- Colin, Second Thread, Errichto -- every single one of them radiates health from their faces. Let's not forget that getting healthy is the shortcut to achieving my goals.

The Hobby of Collecting Books

Buying books doesn't change who I am. The knowledge is in the books, but it's not in my brain. If I can't internalize the contents of a book, it's nothing but heavy baggage. I think I bought so many because I enjoyed the happiness that comes from purchasing books. To save money too, let's stop mindlessly buying books.
